5th Report October/November 2010 The Rural Enterprise Skills Project provided training and start up kits for 4,252 rural apprentices in metal works, auto-repairs, electronics, etc. 3 Rural Technology Facilities Assin South, Garu Tempane and North Tongu Districts were completed to manufacture simple machinery to support agro-processing.
