CDC Blames Ellen for “Disintegration”
The opposition Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) has accused President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of using tax payers’ money and state resources to mastermind the disintegration of the CDC.
The CDC said President Sirleaf and a handful of propagandists from the ruling establishment have been trying to disintegrate their part.

Acarous Gray’s Allegation Rejected
The Press and Propaganda arm of the governing Unity Party (UP) has rejected allegation by the Secretary General of the opposition Congress for Democratic Change (CDC), Mr. Acarious Gray, that President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf allegedly dished out US$100,000 to win over CDC partisan for her second term bid.
President Sirleaf, who is also the standard bearer of the UP, is seeking re-election in the ensuing Presidential and General elections scheduled for October of this year.

House Hikes Elections Fees
US$7,500 for Presidential Candidates
Amid vehement and increasing opposition, members of the House of Representatives have voted overwhelmingly in setting up new registration fees for candidates in the Presidential and General elections in Liberia.
Members of the House took the decision yesterday, Thursday May 26, 2011, at their regular plenary session.
